Climate change experts are predicting that our region will see hotter, drier summers and warmer, wetter winters. As gardeners, it’s becoming increasingly imperative that we choose plant species with strong adaptations to summer drought and winter rain.

In the latest issue of the Arboretum Bulletin, Christina Pfeiffer profiles some beautiful shrubs and trees that are well-adapted for the coming conditions.
