Here are just a few of the displays you’ll see at Botanical Bash:
- The Fiery Blossom Bar: An inviting space for entertainment, this garden will feature vibrantly colored container-grown blooms and unique glass “leaves” of yuccas and other spiky plants.
- Zone 9: Celebrating sun-kissed landscapes, this garden will boast a vivid collection of 20+ year-old agaves alongside various edibles, drought-tolerant plants, and murals by local artists.
- Small Space, Big Dream: With multi-level design, this display—featuring innovative, modern urban orchards and a hidden, cut-flower farm—will showcase how to make the most of limited space.
- Pollinator Paradise: This year’s garden by Great Plant Picks will be designed to attract essential pollinators like bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds, emphasizing their vital role in our ecosystem.
- Honoring Chief Joseph: Celebrating history and design, this garden features three stunning 40+ year-old ‘Chief Joseph’ pines, a compact local selection of lodgepole pine famed for its bright-gold winter color.
- The Flavor of New Orleans: Handpicked greenery, individual furniture, and decor pieces will emulate a calm morning in the Big Easy before the chaos of Mardi Gras and jazz musicians fills the streets.
