Spring Volunteer Open House

Explore our volunteer programs and opportunities

Tuesday, May 5, 12:30 to 2pm
Graham Visitors Center

Interested in volunteering at the Arboretum or Center for Urban Horticulture? Join us for our Spring Open House to learn more about the many ways to get involved across our volunteer programs.

This casual drop-in event is a chance to meet current volunteers and staff, hear directly from the people who make these programs thrive, and learn what different volunteer roles look like throughout the year.

Whether you’re curious about garden stewardship, plant programs, visitor engagement, or other ways to support our mission, this is a great opportunity to explore and learn more.

For questions, contact our Volunteer Department at volunteer@arboretumfoundation.org.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Garden Stewards Orientation

During the event, we will offer a Garden Stewards orientation session for those ready to take the next step toward getting involved. Our volunteer Garden Stewards help the professional horticulture staff care for the plant collections.
