Practice yoga in the Arboretum, in community. Enjoy four different local instructors in this free class open to all levels of yoga experience. RSVP required for this free event.

Please bring your own mat/props. We recommend placing a towel under your mat to help keep it dry.

July 6, with Anne-Phyfe Palmer — RSVP

The founder of 8 Limbs Yoga Centers, Anne-Phyfe has been a Seattle-based yoga teacher since 1996, and is now the Membership Manager at the Arboretum! Join her for a free all-levels hatha yoga class.

July 13, with Douglas Ridings — RSVP

Douglas is a yoga teacher, dancer, actor, and performance artist based in Seattle, WA. He approaches yoga, martial arts, dance, and physical theater as an integrated practice of embodied art. Read more on his website.

July 20, with Arundhati Baitmangalkar — RSVP

Arundhati is the lead teacher trainer at Aham Yoga in Redmond. She has more than a decade of teaching experience, and is also Bollywood dance choreographer and yoga blogger.

July 27, with Jasmine RaShae’ Guillory — RSVP

Jasmine is a yoga educator, mentor, and speaker, and the founder of Soulful Flow Yoga. Her school has trained more than 200 teachers — the majority of them BIPOC — through a hybrid education platform, with graduates now teaching and leading in cities across the US and beyond.

Getting to the meadow

The Pacific Connections Garden meadow is located towards the south end of Arboretum Drive. Parking at the nearby Washington Park Playfield lot is limited. We encourage you to come by foot, bicycle, or public transportation, if possible. Vehicle access to Arboretum Drive is only open for mobility limited visitors.

A composting toilet is available just northeast of the Pacific Connections meadow.
