Digital Membership Cards

User-Friendly and Better for the Environment

Taking our cue from Earth Day’s 2024 commitment to reduce the use of plastic, the Arboretum Foundation has transitioned to digital membership cards. Through this environmentally friendly initiative, your membership card(s) will now live on your smartphone. No need to worry about misplacing your card or remembering when to renew. Digital cards also allow us to update your benefits and expiration dates so you will always have a complete list of available membership perks.

3 Ways to Access Your Membership Card and Benefits

Members will receive their digital cards by email. We have several ways for you to access your card and benefits:

1. Download your Membership Card directly to your smartphone wallet with the link provided in your email. Simply click the link and select “Add” to place your membership card in your wallet. To view your membership benefits, click the circle with three dots at the upper right corner of your digital card and select “Pass Details.”

2. Use the eMembership Card app. This app will allow you to see your membership benefits, a map of the Arboretum, links to other gardens and museums you can visit for free, and any other special offers available to you as a member.

• Download the eMembership app by clicking the link above that works for your phone.
• Click the app to open it.
• Select the Arboretum Foundation tile and touch “Find My Membership Cards”
• Enter your membership number and last name, or phone number* and last name.
  *Please note if you search by phone number and have multiple numbers with us, only the number we have noted as “primary” will work.

3. Print your Membership Card

• Open the email with your membership card link on your desktop computer.
• Click on the link to open your card.
• Use the “Print” command on your computer (Crtl-P).
• Change the “Destination” to “Save as pdf” and save the card to your desktop.
• Open the pdf and use the “Print” command (Crtl-P).
